    Playing sports and games helps students improve their self-esteem, social skills, and confidence. It also teaches them about time management and discipline. Moreover, it can also be used as a career path or hobby. Besides, it helps students reduce stress and depression. Sports should be compulsory in schools because they contribute to the development of a child’s personality, provide opportunities for showcasing skills and talent, promote good behavior and self-discipline, enhance leadership qualities, and improve relationships among students.
    Sports activities in our Vidyalaya are as per sports calendar for the session. It includes month wise activities and celebration of special days such as Yoga Day, National Sports Day and Annual Sports Day.
    Various sports activities are organized in Inter House Sports Competition according to class, Gender and age group.

    • Badminton.
    • Cricket.
    • Kabaddi.
    • Volleyball.

    Variety of sports activities are also organized for primary section in day to day sports periods and on fun day as well.
