Supporting Students Who Miss Class: Compensation of Academic Loss Programme
At Kendriya Vidyalaya Ghumarwin, we understand that students may miss classes due to important commitments like medical reasons, participation in sports, or other approved activities. To ensure they stay caught up on their academic work, we offer the Compensation of Academic Loss Programme.
This program provides additional support to help students make up for missed classes. Here’s how it works:
- Extra Classes: We offer extra classes during available time slots like zero periods or free periods.
- Remedial Classes: With parental permission, we can also arrange remedial classes after school hours.
By taking advantage of this program, students can minimize the impact of missed classes and stay on track for academic success.
Important Note: Please remember to submit necessary documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, tournament permission slip) to the school administration when you know your child will be missing class. This will help us track attendance and ensure they receive the appropriate support through the Compensation of Academic Loss Programme.
