All the activities under the banner of the CCA for the session 2019-20 were conducted in a true spirit as per the CCA calendar.
Green Day:
It was celebrated in the vidyalaya premises to sensitize the students to take good care of their text books and preserve them in a good condition. on this occasion student were encouraged to present their used text book to their junior students. As many as 47 student handed over their books to the juniors.
Reading Month :
Reading Month was celebrated from 19th June to 18TH July 2019 in memory of late P.N.Panikar father of the library movement of Kerala .The purpose of the program was to inculcate reading habits among the students .
International Yoga Day:
International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2019 .On this occasion Mr Sandeep Kumar (TGT PHE) demonstrated a few asanas followed by active participation of students and teachers .All the employees of ECHS took part in the activities carried out on this day and fruits were distributed by them to the students.
KVS Rashtriya Ekta Shivir:
Vidyalaya students took part in all the activities at the cluster level undertaken under the banner of Rashtriya Eakta Shivir w.e.f 26th to 28th August held at Kendriya Vidyalaya Jutogh . .They got first position in Group Song ,Group Dance and Quiz Competition, Story telling in the cluster level competition.
Sanskrit Week :
Sanskrit week was celebrated from 23rd August TO 28TH August .The activities undertaken were Sanskrit shloka paath ,quiz,Sanskrit katha wachan ,Group Song ,Essay writing ,and skit .
Swachhata Pakhwara:
Swachhata Pakhwara was celebrated w.e.f.1st September to 15th September .The activities undertaken were Swachhata shapath Day ,Swachhata Awareness Day,Extensive cleaning ,Green School Drive .Removal of waste material etc.
Hindi Pakhwara :
Hindi Pakhwara was celebrated w.e.f 10/09/2019 to 24/09/2019 .Activities undertaken were Dictation ,Reading,Handwriting ,Slogan ,poem,speech,essay etc .
Surgical Strike Day:
.Surgical Strike Day was observed on 29th Sept 2019. Poster making and slogan writing competition were carried out on this day .
Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi :
Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was observed to commemorate the 150th anniversary on 2nd October 2019 .
Vigilance awareness week :
Vigilance Awareness week was observed w.e.f 29th Oct to 3rd November .Inter House Essay Writing and Quiz competition were conducted .In essay Writing Competition.
